- Contact details you submit through our demo request form: name, company, job title, and email address.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We process this data to respond to your demo request and to communicate with you about VerdAI's product and services. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where a business relationship follows, on the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Third-party processors
Demo request submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which forwards submissions to our email inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Please refer to Formspree's privacy policy for details on their handling of data. Where a processor is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded in accordance with applicable data protection law (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a business relationship develops, for as long as required to manage that relationship or as required by law.
